Description: Five players start in an equal distance apart, about 2 metres, round the outside (polygon/star shape) On the coach's first whistle, players pass in a star (clockwise missing a player each pass) for 30", memorising the passing sequence. On the second whistle, for 30", the players pass the ball swimming within the boundaries of the polygon, in the same sequence of players as used in the first 30". On the third whistle, the players go back to the original shape, but different positions, and resume passing in a star, again memorising the different players they are receiving from and passing to.
