1. Centre forward works position face-to-face with centre back, away from the goal, creating space in front of the goal.
2. Centre forward turns, spins and seals position with defender on his back and facing the goal or passing defender
3. Pass comes in on the water and centre forward moves in to shoot. The centre forward should work on having good balance and legs under him for the shot. Spider can be used here. Also centre forward can work on the timing of the pass to receive it dry having initiated the move towards the goal. The timing of the spin is crucial.

The drill can be done initially unopposed, then the centre back added to put the centre forward under pressure, but allow the shot.
